The Scholarship intends to support outstanding Master’s and PhD students joining thesis-based graduate programs at Kuwait University. The Scholarships are open to national and international applicants. Kuwait University seeks candidates with exceptional abilities qualifying them to contribute effectively to the academic life of the University. The scholarship will include a full university tuition waiver, as well as a generous monthly stipend of KD1000(approximately $ 3500) for a Master’s degree student and KD 1400 (approximately $ 5000) for a Ph.D. student. For successful international applicants, Kuwait University will also offer air-tickets to and from Kuwait at the start of the scholarship and upon graduation, accommodation, government health insurance and assist with entry visa in accordance with Kuwait University rules and regulations.
